Meet the Founder & CEO

Jeana Kim Graulty

Jeana’s entire professional career has been in service of the success of others — individuals, teams, and organizations. She is a talent and culture architect and thought leader with the ability to both build from scratch, innovate, and lead significant renovations and rebuilds. With over 25 years of experience in both private and public sectors across different stages of growth and having a hand in building organizations, she brings a unique perspective and skillset to her clients. Empathy, creative problem-solving, and operational excellence guide her practice and her areas of expertise include talent strategy, change management, and leadership, team, and culture development.
